1.      Backgrounds: Any except Hyperelite, Infolife, Isolate or Lost.

2.      Career: All allowed

3.      Interest: Any except Async

4.      Faction: Any except Brinker, Jovian, Mercurial or Regional. Nobody should be so fanatical about their faction that it would cause any serious tension with other players of other factions (some friction and role playing the natural frictions is encouraged).

5.      Aptitude Template: Any allowed

6.      Total Skills: No modification

7.      Languages: Ignore. Universal translators are ubiquitous.

8.      Flex: No modification

9.      Reputation: Your characters start off with no reputation. You are an infugee, practically a commodity, and you'll build reputation through game play.

10. Customization: Any positive EGO traits except Adaptability, Psi, Psi Camoflage, Psi Defense, Resources or Zoosemiotics. Any negative EGO/Morph traits except Addiction, Blacklisted, Black Mark, Edited Memories, Enemy, Enhanced Behavior, Mental Disorder, Neural Damage (can take only if you take one that applies to your character). For example, you can’t take the penalty to persuasion if you’re not the persuader person), No Backup Insurance, Real World Naivete, or Restricted Behavior.

12. Starting Morph & Gear: You have 2 Morph Points to spend, and can only have one Morph, and may only choose a Common Biomorph, Pod Biomorph or Uplift Biomorph. You get the Agent/Criminal Gear Pack (you cannot swap items without approval due to being assigned this gear as part of the contract). You get your normal Profession Gear Pack.
